We have over 50 top partners that we submit data to directly. With these partners you will see your new profiles or changes show up within a couple days. The time it takes our other partners to update the listing depends on how long it takes them to accept the data we push to them and update the information across their servers. This can be anywhere from one to eight weeks but generally is completed in around four weeks.
See something wrong or need to make an update. Just contact your account manager and he will get it taken care of right away. You can also submit a ticket directly from your client portal.
Given their privacy policies, our partners cannot address issues related to your listing since it is managed by OpenLocal. The best way to resolve an issue is to contact your account manager and we’ll work with our partners to find the best solution for your managed listing.
OpenLocal will simply report to the sites in our network that the listing is no longer under our management. In this event most data providers will revert your listings to their status prior to your OpenLocal subscription. In many cases, your listings will lose enhanced content like website URL, secondary category information, logos, and other images.
